Cooperation STL provides the following consulting services. When you reach out to us, we will set up a FREE initial consultation meeting to discuss what you need. Based on that consultation, we will develop a scope of work that may include a mix of the following services.

Depending on your needs, we can work with you on an ad-hoc basis as questions come up, or we can work with you to craft a specific program suited to your needs.

We list our base rates below each service. However, reduced-cost, individualized rates may be available based on third-party funding and according to the size/capacity of the organization hiring our services.

Coaching

Are you the point person on your cooperative conversion and need help thinking through the best way to facilitate a decision? Or does your team have a sticky question that you need help talking through? Meet with one of our team members to work through your questions.

We charge $100 per consultant per hour for one on one or small group coaching meetings as well as any additional work and research that may be required.

Private workshops

Cooperation STL offers private workshops for teams.  Our rate is $300 for our pre-prepared, 1.5 hour workshops.

If your organization is seeking a custom workshop, we charge our $300 base rate for each workshop plus an additional $100 per consultant per hour for preparation and planning.

Group meeting facilitation

Cooperation STL can facilitate your meetings as you develop your co-op. Sometimes a third-party facilitator can help break through sticking points or think outside the box. We will work with your team to identify meeting goals and will develop a meeting agenda to best achieve those goals.

We charge $200 per meeting hour plus an additional $100 per consultant per hour for any meeting preparation.

Research and organizational design

Cooperation STL can also support you with research and organizational design as you develop your cooperative. We will use our existing experience to identify cooperative models that will work best for the cooperative you are trying to create. We can provide you with a clear and easy to understand description of your operations and governance.

We charge $100 per consultant per hour for any research and organizational design work.
