Co-op Talks: Decision Making

If you're a part of a group trying to incorporate democratic principles and work cooperatively - this is a great opportunity to discuss current challenges and new ideas. When we work cooperatively, it’s important to have clear structures in place for how we make decisions.

At this session of Co-op Talks, you can bring your inquiries and experience to the zoom room. We’ll have an hour to talk about your specific questions related to decision-making.

We want your voice in the convo! Here's what ya need to do:

  1. Register for the workshop

  2. Watch the past Decision-Making Workshop.

  3. Fill out this Co-op Talk survey with your questions and thoughts about Decision-Making.

About Co-op Talks:

Our Co-op Talks are an informal way to share guidance on specific co-op topics and challenges that cooperatives often face. In 2025, each session will focus on a different topic including; Membership + Governance, Finances + Patronage, Decision Making, and Conflict Resolution. Prior to the Co-op Talk, you’ll be asked to watch a pre-recorded workshop on the topic and submit any specific inquiries or questions related to the topic. At the talk, we’ll facilitate a group conversation to address specific questions and share new ideas. Consider this co-op office hours where we can collectively share our wisdom!
